This policy covers teloraapp.com and the Telora waitlist. The Telora app will ship with its own privacy policy. The short version: we collect your email so we can tell you about Telora, and we do not sell it.
What we collect
- Your email address, when you join the waitlist.
- Referral details: your own share code, the code of the person who referred you (if any), and how many people joined through your link.
- Where you came from: the source and campaign tags on the link you followed (for example, which video sent you).
- Basic technical data: the time you signed up, your browser type, and a hashed form of your IP address. We keep the hash, not the address itself, and use it to stop spam and fake signups.
Your browser also saves your referral code and your place in line on your own device, so the page can show them when you come back. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party ad trackers on this site.
How we use it
- To email you about Telora: the launch, early-access seats, and what changed.
- To work out your place in line and grant referral rewards.
- To protect the waitlist from abuse.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Who helps us run it
We use service providers to host this site, store the list, send email, and alert us to new signups. They process your information only on our behalf. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or if the business is sold or reorganized, in which case this policy continues to apply to your information.
How long we keep it
We keep your waitlist record until you ask us to delete it or until the waitlist is retired after launch, whichever comes first.
Your choices
- Every email we send has an unsubscribe link.
- To see, correct, or delete your record, email hello@teloraapp.com from the address you signed up with. We will act on it within 30 days.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy law. We honor those requests the same way, and we will not treat you differently for making one.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has signed up, email us and we will delete the record.
Where it is stored
Our service providers store information in the United States. If you join from another country, your information is transferred to and processed in the United States.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. If the change is significant, we will email the waitlist.
